Silver Signet Ring

discovered on the site of a former USAAF wartime bomber base in Suffolk, Eastern England. Stamped with initials A.C. there is an embossed Eagle with legend ELEURIBUS and UNUM. We believe this translates to "alone a single soul". If only this ring could talk, it must surely have a story to tell. Stamped inside Sterling with coat of arms above.
